Mousehole Christmas Concert

On Friday 21st December, at 7.30pm, Mousehole Male Voice Choir will present its Christmas Concert in Paul Church. Admission will be £5 - a bargain for this big event - and programmes will be available from the Kings Arms, Paul; Mousehole News; and Morrab Studio, or you can pay at the door. Festival Of Remembrance

The Choir recently returned from a very successful visit to Yorkshire. All hands met early on Thursday morning for a trip which went smoothly from beginning to end. Mousehole Male Voice Choir with Olympic Flame

The morning after the night before! It was a joy to see four dozen choir members turn out to sing on the steps of Penzance's town hall, St John's Hall, just a few hours after the concert at the Catholic Church in the town. The men were there in time to see the Olympic Torch carried through the town (along with all the coaches, cars, police motorbikes and brand advertising lorries) and then found their way through the crowds who had gathered, to form up on the fine granite steps in front of the hall. Douglas bows out on a high at AGM

The Bath Inn, Penzance, was packed on Monday evening, 30th January, 2012, when the members gathered to review their activities during a busy 2010-2011 period.
